Refund Policy


As all Rachey Bean Scenes products are printed to order we cannot offer refunds or an exchange. The only exception would be in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty.


If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether this possible.  Our products are printed on demand with our manufacturer and the process to fulfil your order begins the moment a purchase is made.  If your order has already been printed we cannot cancel or amend.  This includes amending shipping addresses.  We cannot be held responsible if PayPal or auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address. 

Damaged Orders

Should you be in the unlikely scenario of receiving damaged or faulty goods Rachey Bean Scenes will endeavour to rectify matters as quickly as possible.  In this instance please retain all the packaging and contact Rachey Bean Scenes immediately within 7 days of receipt, replying to your original order email.  Please attach images of any product damage together with an image of the packaging and the address label to your email.
